Chef Patron Daniel Smith and business partner, Gregory Adjemian are owner-operators of G&D Ventures. Norfolk born & bred, their business values are based on trust and confidence and their skill sets complement and underpin their business objectives and goals. Chef Patron Daniel is a hospitality professional with more than 22 years’ experience whilst Gregory has a commercial background with vast experience across different sectors.  Their aim is to put their venues firmly on the culinary map; acquiring freehold locations, creating scaleable brands with a clear identity and concept and to be an employer of choice by developing and inspiring talented rising stars to grow and take the business forward.
