They offer a full range of hospitality and catering courses and have a string of accreditations and awards for excellence in training and hospitality. The hospitality and catering industry is an ambitious sector that continues to adapt and innovate. The Benjamin Foundation, which was started in Norfolk in1994, works with local people of all ages dealing with many challenges including homelessness and provides support and a safe place to live for vulnerable 16-25 year olds to help them get their lives back on track. Each year The Benjamin Foundation helps around 2000 people providing hope, opportunity, stability and independence. We are proud to support the work of The Benjamin Foundation across the region.

The Feed is a social enterprise operating a fully-fledged catering business and market stall in Norwich. They provide great food and 100% of their profits go to charity. They support people who have experienced homelessness, helping people access long term housing, training and employment. Graduates of their Employment Academy progress from the classroom to the professional kitchen and beyond. This is a cause we feel a real affinity for and we work closely with The Feed to help get people back into employment through the hospitality industry.

Our Farm is an initiative rooted in provenance, education and supporting the local economy in partnership with third-generation farmers, The Tacons, at Rollesby, Norfolk.  We have land on the farm where we grow and manage the majority of our Restaurant's seasonal British produce.  Our kitchen teams have an important role in what's grown and visit the farm to select, tend and harvest crops for our fresh, seasonal and traceable menus.
